Application for registration.—Every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall make an application for registration to the State Commission for Women in Form I, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
