Clause 2, Telangana Gaming (Stadium Control) Order, 2021 [S9Q-9PQ]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974 (Telangana Act 2 of 1974); (b) "athlete" means a person carrying on participation in competitions; (c) "federation" means a federation received, held or disposed of by a athlete in the course of participation in competitions; (d) "Form F" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
