Maintenance of premises.—Every pharmacist shall keep the premises where the practice of pharmacy is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every stock register kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the practice of pharmacy, and shall furnish to the District Registering Authority in Form 20, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
