Regulation 14, National Medical Commission (Licensing of Pharmacists) Regulations, 2021 [S9Q-8V9]

Correction of entries.—The District Registering Authority may, on an application made in Form 28 by any pharmacist or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than forty-five days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
