Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019); (b) "pharmacist" means a person carrying on the practice of pharmacy; (c) "establishment" means a establishment received, held or disposed of by a pharmacist in the course of the practice of pharmacy; (d) "Form 20" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
