Periodical return.—Every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall furnish to the Waqf Tribunal, within ninety days of the close of each year, a return in Form D of every register of trusts received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for thirty days from the date on which it is furnished.
