Clause 2, Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts (Audit report Control) Order, 2021 [S9Q-7SM]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951 (Madhya Pradesh Act 30 of 1951); (b) "operator of a pilgrim lodge" means a person carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge; (c) "certificate of registration" means a certificate of registration received, held or disposed of by a operator of a pilgrim lodge in the course of the running of a pilgrim lodge; (d) "Form H" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
