Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a gymnasium shall apply to the National Sports Board in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the National Sports Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
