Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a gymnasium who ceases to carry on the running of a gymnasium shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Sports Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every code of conduct held by him has been disposed of.
