Application for registration.—Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application for registration to the National Sports Board in Form B, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every contract of an athlete held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
