Intimation of change.—Every consumer shall intimate to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, in Form III and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
