Bye-law 28, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Inspection of The use of electricity) Bye-laws, 2021 [S9Q-1D1]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 3 April 2021.
Records to be kept at the premises.—Every consumer shall keep at the premises where the use of electricity is carried on the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these bye-laws, shall produce them for inspection on request by the Deputy Chief Electrical Inspector, and shall enter in Form III the date of every inspection so made and the name and designation of the person who made it.
