Bye-law 20, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Inspection of The use of electricity) Bye-laws, 2021 [S9Q-15H]

Correction of entries.—The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board may, on an application made in Form II by any consumer or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
