Surrender of certificate.—Every consumer who ceases to carry on the use of electricity shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every supply line held by him has been disposed of.
