Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any debenture trustee dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form MGT-7, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of charges then held; and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
