Application for registration.—Every debenture trustee carrying on the protection of the interests of debenture holders shall make an application for registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form AOC-4, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every resolution held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
