Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the debenture trustee shall apply to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form MGT-7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
