Intimation of change.—Every limited liability partnership shall intimate to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board, in Form CHG-1 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
