Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the limited liability partnership shall apply to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form INC-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
