Periodical returns.—Every limited liability partnership shall furnish to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a return in Form CHG-1 of the business of a limited liability partnership carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
