Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any limited liability partnership dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form CHG-1, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every resolution then held; and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
