Surrender of certificate.—Every liquidator who ceases to carry on the winding up of a company shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form PAS-3 of the manner in which every statement of affairs held by him has been disposed of.
