Intimation of change.—Every occupier shall intimate to the Chief Inspector of Factories, in Form VI and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector of Factories shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
