Rule 31, Himachal Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2021 [S9P-SR9]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier shall apply to the Chief Inspector of Factories in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Chief Inspector of Factories shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
