Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dormant company shall apply to the Government of Kerala in Form CHG-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Kerala shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
