Application for registration.—Every dormant company carrying on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall make an application for registration to the Government of Kerala in Form MGT-7, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of incorporation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
