Surrender of certificate.—Every dormant company who ceases to carry on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Kerala in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CHG-1 of the manner in which every minutes book held by him has been disposed of.
