Intimation of change.—Every dormant company shall intimate to the Registrar of Companies, in Form AOC-4 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Companies shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
