Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a mass gathering who ceases to carry on the holding of a mass gathering shall, within one day of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Relief Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every register of shelters held by him has been disposed of.
