Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a pre-school shall apply to the School Tribunal in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the School Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
