Surrender of certificate.—Every employer under the reservation scheme who ceases to carry on the reservation of posts shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Trust in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every certificate of disability held by him has been disposed of.
