Surrender of certificate.—Every collector of biological resources who ceases to carry on the collection of biological resources shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every wild animal article held by him has been disposed of.
