Application for registration.—Every authorised entity carrying on the establishment of a telecommunication network shall make an application for registration to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in Form G, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten lakh rupees and a statement of every network held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
