Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person holding an authorisation shall apply to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Telecommunication Engineering Centre shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
