Intimation of change.—Every owner of a telecommunication tower shall intimate to the Digital Communications Commission, in Form G and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Digital Communications Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
