Surrender of certificate.—Every valuer appointed by the court who ceases to carry on the valuation of property for the court shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Taxing Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every warrant held by him has been disposed of.
