Surrender of certificate.—Every food laboratory who ceases to carry on the analysis of food shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every ration card held by him has been disposed of.
