Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Licensing Authority in the custody of the Assistant Commissioner of Food Safety, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Licensing Authority; and where the Assistant Commissioner of Food Safety having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form C within sixty days of the succession.
