Intimation of change.—Every broadcaster shall intimate to the Advisory Panel, in Form I and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Advisory Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
