Surrender of certificate.—Every broadcaster who ceases to carry on the broadcasting of programmes shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Advisory Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every advertisement held by him has been disposed of.
