Intimation of change.—Every employer under the reservation scheme shall intimate to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee, in Form I and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
