Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any employer under the reservation scheme dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee in Form VI, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of disability then held; and the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
