Bye-law 5, Competition Commission of India (Inspection of The keeping of a registered office) Bye-laws, 2020 [S9N-WR5]

Report to the Government.—The Competition Commission shall prepare, within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these bye-laws during that year, of the number of registered office keepers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within thirty days of its preparation.
