Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in wild animal articles shall apply to the Central Board in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Central Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
