Rule 5, Maharashtra Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2020 [S9N-T1A]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form I not less than fifteen days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees; and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the dealer in wild animal articles within one hundred and eighty days of the renewal.
