Application for registration.—Every agent carrying on the management of a mine shall make an application for registration to the Controller General in Form C, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every royalty receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
