Surrender of certificate.—Every city gas distribution entity who ceases to carry on the distribution of natural gas shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every energy bill held by him has been disposed of.
