Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the city gas distribution entity shall apply to the State Commission in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the State Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
