Rule 11, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2020 [S9N-MMR]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the broadcaster shall apply to the Appellate Tribunal in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
