Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any consent manager dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every data breach report then held; and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
